Louis van Gaal insists Radamel Falcao is not enough to start for Manchester United'sfit and "not interested" if he was unhappy at being left out.
Falcao, who is on a season-long loan from Monaco, has started just three and foursubstitute appearances in the Premier League.

Van Gaal said: "fitness matching needs Falcao. He could only play for 20 minutes.
"I have chosen him though so but rhythm game in the Premier League is the highest.
"It will be a better contribution if he played with the second team but I can't do thatbecause on Tuesday, Rooney is injured for the match against Stoke.
"I had to adapt to the needs of choice. I am not interested if he's not happy to be on the bench. He must follow my philosophy. I'm here because of it. "
Van Gaal also praised his squad in harmony in front of their trip to St. Mary's after witnessing togetherness at Christmas party United Kingdom Manchester, hosted byCaptain Rooney.
"It was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed it very much, "he said.
"Normally I don't use words like ' fantastic ' but I think it shows cohesion in our groupof players and staff-that's very important."
