Ronald Koeman will put aside personal problems linger when his side take onManchester United Southampton on Monday night.
Koeman quarrel with Louis van Gaal United boss when couples work together in Ajaxnearly a decade ago, Southampton Manager feels like his then Director of football it destroys him.
"It is not a problem. If we see each other, we shake hands. "And that's enough,"Koeman said when asked about their relationship. "This game is Southampton debate,and a game that needs attention.

Van Gaal was equally dismissive when approached with the same line of questions asKoeman in his own press conference.
"I don't have to describe my relationship with the coaches of opponents. I think it'spersonal. We play against Southampton and we should be talking about Southamptonand not their coach, "said van Gaal.

"Ronald Koeman is a very good coach and I know that he can do it. I think it'ssurprising that a club like Southampton in that position right now. That's always thecoach, the players and the staff. When you do, it's very good. "
The game is paramount for both parties as they go into the weekend schedule which are separated by only one point, the Saints who hold on to fourth place despite the defeat by Manchester City and arsenal in seven days.
Koeman remains positive on the ability of his side but knowing a win will bring added value after the blip of their day.
"Win? This is important for the team, "he said on Friday. "Always when you don't win a few games, you need to win.
"If we play like we did last Wednesday we had a chance to win on Monday. If we play like the last 20 minutes of the city then we won't win on Monday.
"I believe in play and that is the most important thing because that has brought us allthe points that we have this season."
